Kelly’s Doggie Daycare is WONDERFUL! My boyfriend and I have a hyperactive puggle puppy. Both of us frequently have to work 12 hr days. We were getting frustrated when we came home at the end of a long day, and still had to wear her out in order to go to bed! We talked about doggie day care, but my boyfriend thought it was too expensive. I convinced him to let her try it for one day, just to see if it helped calm her down at night. So we took her to Kelly’s. It was AMAZING! That night she was so calm and so relaxed, Otto and I were floored! It worked even better than the dog tranquilizers did after her spay! We were so happy, we went back the next day to get her a 20-day pass! And little Samantha loves it too! Kelly’s is great! I recommend it to anyone looking for a doggie daycare or boarding facility.

My dog, George, has been going to Kelly’s since he was 4 months old for training, eventually some boarding and almost daily for daycare. Due to my schedule, when he was 14 months old he had not been to Kelly’s for two weeks when I made him a reservation for boarding. I went a day ahead to pre-pay and one of the staff handed me the boarding form to complete and return when I dropped George off for his vacation. That night at 10 pm I got out the form and George got up to see what I was doing. He smelled the edge of the form and started wagging his tail and looking at me intently. I acknowledged it was from Kelly’s and he ran to the front door. For the next hour he methodically would nose the form and run to the door, sit, stare at me (demonstraighting he can focus), lie down, sit up, spin right spin left, run his imaginary obstacle course, just some of the things he has learned at Kelly’s trying to impress me so his reward would be a trip to Kelly’s. I told him he would go tomorrow- which of course he did not understand. Finally, I had to say ‘No Kelly’s’, which hurt us both deeply. lol So here is proof that a dog has a great sense of smell, does not know what time it is, and LOVES Kelly’s.

I found Kelly’s Doggie Daycare online and after my own research and speaking with Kelly, the owner, I decided to check it out for my dog, Coco. Well, I was impressed by the professionalism and the knowledge Kelly has, as she is a dog trainer as well, and loved touring the facility. Coco was evaluated (and I think I was too! lol) and we both passed with flying colors. It has now been nearly 6 months and I am thrilled with my dog’s interaction with the other dogs and attention she gets! My dog LOVES going there and she even understands when I tell her she’s going. I have also boarded Coco there on a few occasions and I trust Kelly and her staff without hesitation which is evidenced everytime I pick up Coco. She is so happy to be there and sometimes doesn’t want to leave. What a great feeling! I want to say thank you to Kelly and Jamie and Ryan for their hard work and I appreciate all you do for all the dogs and all of us dog owners! Thank you again!

My 4-month-old lab puppy had been using our 3-year-old lab as his personal chew toy from the day we brought him home. Everyone said to let it take its course. But after 2 months, it didn?t stop. I enrolled my puppy in a weekly training course (not Kelly’s), and at the end of the first class I asked that trainer what I should do. I was amazed at her reply, “Send him to Kelly’s for daycare.” She explained that not only would our puppy get a lot of his energy out, but that Kelly’s was unlike any other daycare in town. Dogs are placed in groups based on their size and needs, and supervised by a trainer. She said if my puppy learned to properly interact with other dogs, he would stop chewing on our other dog at home.
I spoke with Kelly on the phone and knew right away that I found someone who truly cares about dogs. She explained that she encourages positive experiences for the dogs with lots of praise and petting and discourages inappropriate behaviors with time-outs and loss of privileges. She had me bring my puppy in for an evaluation to make sure he didn’t have any problems that would not allow him into daycare. Some people might be put-off by that, but it immediately reassured me that my puppy would be in good hands, not a place that will take any dog for an extra buck.
Kelly’s was everything I hoped for and more! After only 2 half-day sessions, I started to notice a difference in our puppy at home. He’s now able to play with our older dog, peacefully. Not only did Kelly work with my puppy while he was in daycare, she offered tips that would help me work with him at home. And remember, I’m actually paying for training somewhere else. If I could do it over again, I’d save the money I paid for my group lessons and would pay Kelly for a few private lessons.
As for pricing, I’m currently unemployed and found Kelly’s rates to be extremely fair. Add in the fact that it’s not just daycare, it’s a school too, and it’s a flat-out bargain.

My dog and I just finished Kelly’s 6 week private training course. What a great experience! Kelly definitely knows what she is doing & was extremely patient with my little girl during those times when she just didn’t quite “get it”. I was so impressed at how well my dog responded to Kelly. Each week when it was time for training, I would tell my little girl, “Kelly is coming”! She got so excited and would run to the window to look for her! I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking for professional dog training; especially her private, in-home classes. Thanks Kelly!

We have been taking our dog to Kelly’s for about 3 years now for boarding, for long and short stays. Kelly and the staff are helpful, caring, and flexible. Kelly is an incredibly hard working professional who is always happy to offer expert tips on undesirable doggie behavior (and sometimes even the human behavior causing it!). She must have been a school teacher in a previous life because she exudes that calm, confident authority that dogs (and kids) really respond to. I have never had a bad experience here and can recommend her facility without reservation.

“Cupcake” says Kelly’s is 2 paws up!!!!! She has been going to Kelly’s Doggie Daycare for about 4 years and still loves it. Cupcake is a 5 y/o chocolate lab who when she first started socializing at Kelly’s would whimper when the human left the room. Now she hangs and plays with her friends and helps to socialize other dogs. She also loves the shuttle pick-up whenever we need to use that option. Cupcake just crashes on the nights that she’s been at Kelly’s so we know she played hard that day. Thank you Kelly!!!!!

Kelly’s Doggie Daycare is the BEST!!! Two years ago, I got a puppy who, although sweet as could be, was developing a few bad habits (nipping at other dogs to get them to play). I was in a basic obedience class, when one of the trainers (of a completely different training company) recommended Kelly’s Doggie Daycare. She explained that not only was it day care, but with professional trainers on site, my puppy would be taught manors while playing with other dogs. I couldn’t believe it, but they were totally right! And that was just the start. My dog LOVES going there to play with all of his friends!! He would drag me inside, except Kelly taught me how to use a gentle-leader, so my dog doesn’t pull any more! I also used Kelly’s boarding one night when my daughter unexpectedly had to spend the night in the hospital. What a relief to be able to know my pup was in great hands while we dealt with a medical scare (which gratefully was nothing).
Am I going on and on? YES Kelly’s is that good!!

Training is gentle, positive and a fun experience. I got results very quickly with my hard to walk/not too bright boxer mix and I’ve never had a dog before. Kind caring staff, clean play areas for dogs. The training is reinforced during daycare and boarding.
